Appment is a digital marketplace that connects people looking for services with businesses that provide them. These Terms of Service outline the rules for using our platform and services. By using Appment, you agree to follow these terms.

Appment provides a monthly subscription service that lets:

Browse, book, and pay for services from merchants through secure payment methods
Merchants
List your services, manage appointments, and receive payments all in one place
Your Account
Creating and managing your account
Who Can Use Appment?
Anyone can use Appment! If you're under 18, your parent or guardian is responsible for your use of the platform and agreeing to these terms.
Setting Up Your Account
When creating an account, you must:
- ✓Provide accurate and current information
- ✓Keep your password private and secure
- ✓Tell us immediately if someone accesses your account without permission
- ✓Keep your information up-to-date
Important: You're responsible for everything that happens on your account. Keep your login information private!
How to Behave on Appment

We Ask You Not To:
Content Guidelines
Any content you share must be:
- ✓True and accurate
- ✓Created by you or properly licensed
- ✓Not harmful, offensive, or inappropriate
- ✓Compliant with laws
Making & Managing Bookings
Booking appointments on Appment
✓ Booking Confirmation
Your booking is confirmed once payment is processed successfully.
↔ Rescheduling
Both clients and merchants can reschedule if there's availability.
✕ Cancellation
Each merchant may have different cancellation policies. Check before booking!
No-Show Policy: If you don't show up for your appointment, it may be marked as a "no-show." Multiple no-shows could limit your account access.
Payments & Subscriptions
How billing works on Appment
Subscription Model
Appment operates on a monthly subscription basis. You're charged in advance each month to access our platform features.
How We Accept Payments
Refunds & Cancellations
- •Subscription refunds follow Jordanian Consumer Protection Law
- •Service refunds are decided by each merchant individually
- •Monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable (unless required by law)
- •Report disputed charges within 14 days
- •Cancel before your next billing date to stop being charged
Who Owns What
Copyright and ownership rights
Appment owns Appment
Everything on the Appment platform—the app, design, features—belongs to us and is protected by copyright law.
You own your content
When you post content on Appment, you allow us to use it to run and improve our platform.
Our Liability
What we're responsible for
Appment is provided "as is" without any guarantees. We're not responsible for any indirect damages or issues that arise from using our platform. While we work hard to keep Appment running smoothly, we can't guarantee it will always be perfect.
Closing Your Account
Leaving Appment
You Can Leave Anytime
You can delete your account whenever you want—just contact us or use the delete account feature in the app.
We Can Remove You
If you break these terms or act in a way that's harmful to Appment or other users, we may suspend or delete your account immediately.
Legal Stuff
Laws that apply to Appment
These Terms are governed by the laws of Jordan. If there's a dispute, we'll try to work it out through friendly negotiation for 30 days. If that doesn't work, disputes will be handled by courts in Irbid, Jordan, or through the Jordan Arbitration Center if both parties agree.
