At Appment, we strive to provide excellent service. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for subscriptions and services purchased through our platform.

Subscription Refund Rules
Non-Refundable Fees
Monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started. You continue to have access to all features until the end of your paid period.
Early Cancellation
If you cancel your subscription mid-cycle, you retain access until the end of the billing period but will not receive a prorated refund.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be issued in exceptional cases such as technical issues preventing platform use, billing errors, or as required by Jordanian Consumer Protection Law.
To Cancel: Visit your account settings or contact us at info@appment.io before your next billing date to avoid charges.
Service & Booking Refunds
Refunds for merchant services
Refunds for services booked through Appment are subject to individual merchant policies:
- •Each merchant sets their own refund policy for their services
- •Always review the merchant's cancellation and refund terms before booking
- •Some merchants offer full refunds if canceled within a specific timeframe
- •Others may offer partial refunds or credit for future bookings
- •No-shows typically result in no refund
