We understand that plans change. This Cancellation Policy outlines how to cancel your subscription or appointments, and what to expect when you do.
Two Types: This policy covers both subscription cancellations and appointment cancellations.
Canceling Your Subscription
How to end your monthly subscription
Cancel Anytime
You can cancel your Appment subscription at any time with no penalties. Here's what happens:
✓ Keep Your Access
You continue to have full access to all features until the end of your current billing period.
✓ No Future Charges
You won't be charged for the next billing cycle. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your paid period.
✓ Reactivate Anytime
You can resubscribe at any time to regain access to the platform.
How to Cancel
- 1.Go to your Account Settings in the app
- 2.Select "Subscription" or "Billing"
- 3.Click "Cancel Subscription"
- 4.Confirm your cancellation
- 5.Or email us at info@appment.io
Important: Cancel before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next month.
Appointment Cancellations
Canceling booked services
Appointment cancellations are subject to individual merchant policies. Always check the specific cancellation terms when booking a service.
Merchant Policies Vary: Each service provider sets their own cancellation windows and refund terms. These are displayed before you confirm your booking.

How to Cancel an Appointment
- →Open your Bookings in the Appment app
- →Select the appointment you want to cancel
- →Tap "Cancel Appointment"
- →Review the cancellation policy and any fees
- →Confirm cancellation
- →You'll receive a confirmation email
When Merchants Cancel
Merchant-initiated cancellations
If a merchant needs to cancel your appointment due to emergencies, illness, or other unavoidable circumstances:
Full Refund
You automatically receive a full refund to your original payment method
Notification
You'll be notified immediately via app, SMS, and email
Rebook Option
Option to rebook with the same merchant at a different time

Subscription Cancellations
No cancellation fees! You can cancel your subscription at any time without penalty.
Appointment Cancellations
Cancellation fees depend on the merchant's policy:
- •Some merchants charge a percentage of the booking fee for late cancellations
- •Others may retain the full payment if canceled too late
- •Early cancellations (24+ hours) typically have no fees
- •All fees are clearly displayed before you confirm cancellation
No-Show Policy
Missing appointments without notice
A "no-show" occurs when you don't arrive for your appointment and didn't cancel in advance.
Consequences of No-Shows
- •No refund for the missed appointment
- •Merchant may charge full service fee
- •Multiple no-shows may result in account restrictions
- •May affect your ability to book with certain merchants
Please Cancel: If you can't make it, cancel through the app as soon as possible to avoid no-show penalties.
